Cabernet Sauvignon

We got involved making this varietal when a grower from Grass Valley area wanted us to make wine out of his grapes. We bought his grapes for a decade and then decided to plant our own small plot of Cabernet Sauvignon. This clone produces some of the best fruit for the climate. The small berries and dark fruit flavors of black currant, spice, tobacco, wood and vanilla. This wine is unfiltered so always decant as it releases the abundant flavor.
